Shipping
- Shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Friday after 16:30 or ordered over the weekend is shipped on monday.
- Your package can be tracked via the track and trace you received via email

Return
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- The delivery address of your return will be communicated via email.
- All products must be returned in their original packaging and unworn. Attention: damages, make-up stains and / or odors.
- Put the completed form with the items you want to return in a suitable box/bag
- Return shipping is at your own expense.
- Please include our e-mail address on the shipping label. This is necessary otherwise we cannot track the package.
- The shipping risk is for the buyer, therefore we advise to use track & trace.
- The return form must be filled completely. You can download the form below.
- We will refund the amount of the product in case of returns. Please note that any shipping costs will not be refunded.
- When returning an item, you will receive the amount you paid for the product at the time of purchase. This includes any discounts that may have been applied. As previously stated, this also includes any return of processing fees that may apply.
- If the return does not meet the requirements, we cannot process the order or refund the purchase price.
- Within 14 days of receiving the return, we will refund the cost of the returned items. (excluding Sundays & holidays)
